March 27, 2008BHS cheerleaders wrap up another seasonThe winter sports season was another exciting one at BHS. As you attended games to support the teams you probably heard the cheerleaders encouraging them from the sidelines. During timeouts you might have noticed one of the girls flying through the air or standing tall as the squad displayed their stunting talents to encourage your team spirit. If you are a hard core fan you might have even enjoyed the cheerleaders halftime performance, which they were able to choreograph themselves. The BHS cheerleaders had a great winter season. Our squad was made up for nine girls: Yuliya Havron, Mikhalia Harper, Becky Hunsaker, Lindsey Little, Nichole McGuigan, Hunter Sagissor, Ann Truesdell, Logan Weidman, and Micah Weidman. Melissa Hansen was a JV cheerleader, but you could see her on the sidelines supporting the team at several varsity games. Thanks to the girls for a great season and we are looking forward to next year. |
